Creating a moody, exciting, yet comfortable entertaining room that is a departure from the rest of the house is what we were aiming to create. Living in San Francisco long enough, you realize that there has to be a room for the wind down of an evening. If not a wind down, maybe a wind up! The San Francisco Bay provides the scenery. Green Couch provides the interiors in which to get lost, taking it all in.
Green Couch collaborated with architect Kelly Condon for the floor plan and architecture. We designed lighting, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, paint colors, wallpaper, woodwork, appliances, fixtures and of course all of the soft furnishings and artwork.

This family's residence was given a completely revised look with new aesthetic finishes. Our firm painted, wallpapered, revitalized decks, carpeted, replaced all light fixtures, accessorized and created custom furnishings throughout. Subtle, neutral tones were used as an initial palette, then came the jazz. Electric colors, eclectic shapes, art-like furniture and refined finishes have given this traditional home a personality that equals it's occupants.
In 2011 Green Couch Interior Design renovated and moved into our new Potrero Avenue building.
This residence was given a cosmetic face lift with paint colors, bleaching the hardwood floors and by opening up a large wall to combine the formal dining room and kitchen. Subtle, neutral tones were used throughout with accent colors to create personality, the curated furniture selections make for an intriguing home.
Our team was selected to participate in the 2012 San Francisco Decorator Showcase, to assist in raising funds for University High School's financial aid program. The announcement marks the second consecutive year that our Bay Area-based interior design team will take part in the West Coast's premiere design showhouse event, featuring the work of the region's top designers.
A couple from overseas selected an intimate pied-à-terre at the luxurious Four Seasons Private Residences in San Francisco as a central spot to be with their family. Our team was directed to soften the edges of their modern aesthetic and create a cozy feeling for entertaining while renovating the kitchen, bathrooms and furnishing the home.
Our team began working on in the Pacific Heights Residence in early 2010, completed by the autumn of 2011. Our team managed and designed the architectural floor plan, lighting, flooring, tile, carpentry, paint colors, wallpaper, appliances, cabinetry, fixtures and of course all of the soft furnishings and artwork.
