Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours if the merchandise is in stock. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order.

All orders are subject to availability.

If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone. In the case of backordered items your shipping invoice will reflect which items are still pending and they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together.

We ship within the USA via Fed Ex only. Cost for shipping will also be displayed at checkout. You may track your order via the Fed Ex website. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order has gone out.

* Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one to two days of ordering, some orders take additional time.

RETURNS

Greencouch.com will be happy to accept returns for exchange or store credit on most unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

Used items may not be returned.

Special Orders may not be returned.

Special offers or discounted merchandise may not be returned.

All sale merchandise is a final sale and can not be returned.

*Shipping charges on ALL returns and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges Procedures

If you need to return an item, simply send us a request to return the merchandise via email at customerservice@greencouch.com. Be sure to include your original order number and which items you wish to return. When we approve your request we will notify you via email and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. You may then send back the unused and in saleable condition merchandise, with your Return Authorization Number very visibly written on the outside of the package. Please include a copy of the return slip with your package and pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.

Once we receive your approved returned merchandise, we will promptly credit the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is from a Greencouch.com error. We ask that you specify the reason for your return in your email as we'd like to learn how to better your greencouch.com experience!
